Delivery Method & Timescales:
We use reputable courier companies and Royal Mail to delivery your order.
We aim to despatch your order within 48 hours of receipt, excluding weekends and Public Holidays.
FOR GUIDANCE PURPOSES, the average delivery timescale from the time you place your order is 3-5 working days if you are in the UK, up to 7 working days if you are in Europe and the USA. For other countries, delivery can take up to two weeks.

Returns & Exchange Procedure
You may return most items sold by Sapelle 14 days from the date of RECEIPT for an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned.

Sapelle will not accept attempts to obtain a refund on goods which have been used or worn, washed or damaged after receipt, and should this be the case, may terminate the contract with you. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods.
UK Returns: You can return your items for free by Collect+ with drop off points in over 5,500 local stores open early to late, 7 days a week. To use this service please contact Sapelle for a returns label to attach to your parcel.
Take your parcel to any store offering the Collect+ service, where you will be given a receipt and tracking code to monitor your parcel online. Make sure you retain your receipt until you have received your refund.
You can find your nearest Collect+ store at www.collectplus.co.uk or text COLLECT and your postcode to 84555 (COLLECT AB12 3XY).
Alternatively you may return your items using tracked Royal Mail, retaining the proof of posting. Sapelle will refund your postage.
International Returns: We will refund the cost of your shipping - PLEASE SHIP USING TRACKED SHIPMENT and KEEP THE SHIPPING RECEIPT.
If you live outside of UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance. Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information.
Please note that international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
If your order is lost in transit we reserve the right to investigate before we offer to replace or refund.
Sapelle accepts most major credit/debit cards and Paypal, and cash deposit.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorise payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery of an order.
Before you Complete your Order…
We would hate to see you have to return your purchase, but more especially if it was because it was the wrong size. We have specified each of their sizing guides to make sure that you are ordering the right size. If you have any questions about the sizing, please get in touch with us – we’re always happy to help you.
We would also like to remind you that although we endeavour to depict the true colour of the products in our images, there may be some variation in the way different colours are depicted on different computer monitors, which is totally out of our control.
Also, because some of our products are hand-dyed and hand-made, there may be slight variations in the print patterns and dimensions we have described, but nothing that would cause big variations in the original concept. Please bear this in mind when placing your order, and enjoy the fact that your product is one of a kind.
Cancelling an Order
If you haven’t submitted an order, you may clear the items in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to the product you don’t want..
If you have placed an order but then wish to change or cancel it, please contact us via email@example.com / +44 (0)7867 483 341 within 24 hours from when you placed your order.
We will try our best to make any changes but we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so as the order may already have been processed. In such cases, you may have to wait until you receive the order and then follow the normal Returns procedures (see below). We operate No Quibbles Returns policy.
Once we've heard from you that you wish to cancel an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 14 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when despatched to you. You will be liable to any charges incurred when returning the goods to Sapelle, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
If you are in the European Union and you cancel your order within seven days after the day you receive your goods, and you cancel the whole order, we will refund the standard postage and packing costs you paid as part of that order (if any), in accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations. If you paid for express delivery, we will only refund the cost of standard delivery. You will have to pay the costs of sending the order back to us.
We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel after the seven days allowed under the Distance Selling Regulations or if you only cancel part of your order (although you still have 14 days to return your goods and receive a refund for the cost of the goods).
You can cancel this contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right to do so within seven working days after the day on which you receive the products.
