Returns & Exchange Procedure

You may return most items sold by Sapelle 15 days from the date of RECEIPT for an exchange (subject to availability) or a refund. For hygiene purposes, earrings may not be returned.

We stand behind the quality of the products and guarantee our artistry 100%. Any flaws or mistakes on our part will cause a replacement free of cost. We typically don’t accept returns because of user error, including incorrect choice of sizes, layouts, colors, etc.

Refunds (if appropriate )

We’re committed to providing you with the best products and also are pleased to replace your purchase for some of the following reasons:

  • The printing quality is terrible.
  • The product that you received is different from the product initially represented on our website.

Gifts
