If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of the order date for a refund or an exchange (subject to availability).

We do not accept returns in these cases:
- Package missing due to the wrong shipping address provided.
- The customer changes the order/ shipping address after the product has been printed and shipped out.
- The customer returns the product without noticing us.
We accept refunds in these cases:
- The product is flawed.
- The print quality is poor.
- The product you received is different from the product originally represented on our site.
- You received an item that was damaged in shipping.
For all other requests, please contact us at [email protected]. Our customer support staff can examine your claim. If your claim is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. We will responsible for return and exchange shipping prices within 3-5 business days after your return is received.
NOTE: We have a no refund or exchange policy for products that have been worn, washed since being delivered.
Refunds are Late or Missing
- Check your bank accounts in case you haven’t received a refund.
- Then get in touch with your credit card company. It might take a while before your refund is formally posted.
- Next, contact your lender. There’s frequently some processing period before a refund is submitted.

Just regular-priced items can be reimbursed. Regrettably, sale items can’t be refunded.
If the product is marked as a gift when purchased and sent right to you, you will be given a gift credit to the value of your yield. When the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.
In case the product was not indicated as a gift when purchased, or even the gift giver had the purchase sent for themselves to provide to you afterward, we’ll send a refund to the gift giver, and he’ll figure out your yield.
If your claim is approved, we’ll provide you with a return address. We’ll be liable for paying for the shipping cost for returning products. In most cases, if your claim is approved, you can still take the faulty product(s), we will send you a new one.
