1. How long will it take to receive my order? Because our products are uniquely made-to-order (Print-On-Demand), please allow 1 to 3 business days for production. After that, standard shipping takes about 7 to 10 business days. Overall, you can expect your package to arrive within 8 to 13 business days.
2. How much does shipping cost? We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders! There are no hidden fees at checkout.
3. How can I track my package? Once your order ships, we will send you a Shipping Confirmation email with a tracking number. You can also track your order status live on our website anytime by visiting: https://sapelle.com/order-tracking
4. What if I ordered the wrong size or changed my mind? Since all of our items are custom-printed just for you when you place an order, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size choices, color choices, or simply changing your mind. Please be sure to check our sizing charts carefully before checking out!
5. My item arrived damaged or defective. What should I do? We 100% guarantee the quality of our products! If your item arrives misprinted, defective, or damaged, please email us at support@sapelle.com within 30 days of delivery. Just include your order number and a clear photo of the issue, and we will happily send you a free replacement or issue a full refund. You don’t even need to mail the defective item back to us!
6. Can I cancel or modify my order after placing it? We process orders very quickly to get them to you as fast as possible. If you need to cancel or change your order (such as updating the shipping address), please contact us within 12 hours of placing it. Once the order has been sent to our production facility, we are unable to modify or cancel it.
