Return & Exchange Policy

Thank you for shopping at Sapelle.com. We want to ensure our policy is clear and fair. Please read it carefully before purchasing. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Our Print-On-Demand (POD) Products

A significant portion of our catalog consists of Print-On-Demand (POD) items. These products are custom-made specifically for you after you place an order.

POD items include, but are not limited to:

  • Apparel (T-shirts, Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Tank Tops, Socks)
  • Drinkware (Mugs, Tumblers, Water Bottles)
  • Home Goods (Posters, Canvas Prints, Blankets, Pillows, Towels)
  • Accessories (Phone Cases, Tote Bags, Hats, Backpacks)

2. Policy for Print-On-Demand (POD) Items

Due to the custom, made-to-order nature of these products, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges for POD items.

We DO NOT accept returns or exchanges for any of the following reasons:

  • You ordered the wrong size, color, or design. (Please check size charts carefully before ordering).
  • You changed your mind or no longer want the item.
  • The item was a gift that the recipient did not want.

What if my POD item is damaged, defective, or incorrect?

We will, of course, replace an item if it arrives damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item due to our error.

If you believe you have received a faulty item caused by our mistake (e.g., a misprint, a damaged item, the wrong design sent), we will gladly provide a **free replacement**.

To request a replacement, you MUST:

  1. Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.
  2. Email us at sapelleonline@gmail.com with:
    • Your order number.
    • A clear, high-quality photograph showing the defect or the incorrect item.

Once we verify the issue is a result of our error, we will process a replacement at no cost to you. You do not need to return the faulty item.

3. Policy for Non-Custom / Non-POD Items

For any items in our store that are not print-on-demand (e.g., pre-stocked inventory):

  • Returns (Refunds): We only accept returns for non-custom products that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
  • Exchanges: We only accept exchanges for non-custom items if they have a verifiable manufacturer defect.

You must contact us within 14 days of delivery to initiate a return or exchange for a non-custom, defective item.

4. General Conditions

  • All requests for replacements or returns must be made within 14 days of the delivery date shown on your tracking.
  • We reserve the right to deny any request that does not meet our policy requirements or appears fraudulent.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.
