Thank you for shopping at Sapelle.com. We are committed to providing you with a clear and transparent shipping process. By placing an order, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted the following policy.

All prices mentioned are in USD. The final shipping costs for your order will be calculated and displayed at the checkout page.

1. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We calculate your total delivery time by adding processing time and transit time.

Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time

Business Days: We define business days as Monday – Saturday, excluding national holidays.

2. Shipment Processing & Handling

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday – Saturday) after receiving your order confirmation.
  • Order Cut-off Time: (Recommended) Orders placed before  2:00 PM EST will begin processing on the same business day. Orders placed after this time will begin processing on the next business day.
  • Shipment Confirmation & Tracking: You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will be active within 24-48 hours.
  • Holiday Delays: Please allow for additional processing and transit time during peak holiday seasons (e.g., Christmas, Black Friday) as carriers may experience delays.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (International Orders)

Items shipped internationally from the US are sent DDU (Delivered Duty Unpaid).

Sapelle.com does not charge VAT (Value Added Taxes) at checkout. All international orders may be subject to import taxes, duties, and customs fees upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient (customer).

We have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information.

4. Shipping Restrictions

  • PO Boxes & Military Addresses: We are currently unable to ship to PO Boxes or Military APO/FPO addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Multiple Addresses: We do not support shipping to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to different addresses, please place separate orders for each destination.
