- Do not iron directly over the printed design
Cancellations & Changes
Please contact us within 2 hours of purchase to request a cancellation, product change, size or color adjustment, or address correction.
After this period, your order may enter production and can no longer be modified or canceled.
When an incorrect shipping address has been entered, please request a cancellation within the allowed period and place a new order using the correct information.
Refunds & Exchanges
Every item is made to order according to the shirt type, size, and color selected at checkout. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect size selection, color preference, or change of mind.
We will gladly assist when an item arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or significantly different from what was ordered. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include clear photographs of the item and packaging. Once the issue has been verified, we will arrange an appropriate replacement or refund.
Color Disclaimer
Product colors may appear slightly different in person due to monitor settings, screen brightness, lighting conditions, fabric composition, dye variations, and individual color perception.
Heather colors contain blended fibers and may have a naturally textured or flecked appearance. We make every effort to represent our products accurately, but an exact color match between the physical product and your screen cannot be guaranteed.
