SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Sapelle. We strive to deliver your Print-On-Demand items as quickly and efficiently as possible. Below is our shipping policy to help you understand our processing and delivery times.

1. Shipping Costs & Destinations

  • United States: We are thrilled to offer Free Standard Shipping ($0.00) on all orders shipped within the US.
  • International (Rest of the World): For all orders shipped outside the United States, a flat shipping rate of $8.99 applies.
    (Please note: International customers are responsible for any applicable customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local government).

2. Order Processing & Delivery Timeframes To calculate when you will receive your order, please consider both the handling time and the transit time. Our business days for processing and shipping are Monday through Saturday.

  • Order Cut-off Time: 5:00 PM (GMT-08:00) Pacific Standard Time (Los Angeles).
  • Orders placed after 5:00 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
  • Handling Time (Production): 1 to 3 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • Because our items are made-to-order (Print-On-Demand), it takes a few days to print and quality-check your items before they are shipped.
  • Transit Time (Shipping): 7 to 10 business days (Monday – Saturday).
  • This is the time it takes for the shipping carrier to deliver the package to your address after it leaves our facility.

Estimated Total Delivery Time: 8 to 13 business days (Handling time + Transit time).

3. Holidays & Non-Business Days Please note that Sundays and public holidays are not considered business days.

  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will begin processing on the next available business day.
  • Delivery times may be slightly delayed during major holiday seasons due to high carrier volumes. We appreciate your patience during these peak times.

4. Order Tracking Once your order has been manufactured and shipped out, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24-48 hours for the tracking information to update in the carrier’s system. 5. Incorrect Address Disclaimer It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address entered is correct. If you realize you have made a mistake with your shipping address, please contact us immediately at support@sapelle.com. We will do our best to update it, but once the order has entered the production and fulfillment process, we cannot guarantee any changes.
